Return & Refund Policy

EvoGo Matrix (https://evogo.ai) sells digital goods and subscriptions. Because products are delivered electronically, traditional “returns” do not apply; this policy explains refunds.
1. Digital products
GO Tokens, VIP memberships, mentor album time, and other in-game purchases are digital services delivered to your account upon successful payment.
Once virtual currency or time-limited access has been credited or consumed, it cannot be “returned” in the physical sense.
2. Refund eligibility
Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a technical fault on our side: full refund upon verification.
VIP subscription: refund request within 7 days of purchase if VIP benefits have not been materially used (at our reasonable discretion).
GO Tokens: refundable within 48 hours of purchase only if no tokens from that purchase have been spent.
Mentor rental / album purchases: non-refundable once activation or countdown has started, except where required by law.
Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension pending investigation.
3. Refund method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction (same card, e-wallet, or bank channel).
We cannot refund to a different payment method or as cash unless required by law.
Processing time: typically 5–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to request a refund
Email mail@evogo.ai with your username, transaction date, amount, and reason. Include any receipt or payment reference from your bank or gateway.
We will respond within 5 business days. Fraudulent refund claims may be rejected and reported.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
