Service Delivery Policy

All products on EvoGo Matrix are digital services delivered online. There is no physical shipping.
1. Delivery method
Delivery is electronic: credits, memberships, and unlocks are applied automatically to your registered account after payment confirmation from our payment gateway.
You must log in with the same account used at checkout to access purchased items.
2. Delivery time
Standard delivery: immediate (within minutes) after successful payment.
If delivery is delayed due to payment review, bank processing, or system maintenance, access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed. Contact mail@evogo.ai if items are missing after 24 hours.
3. What is delivered
GO Tokens: added to your in-game balance.
VIP membership: VIP status and perks activated for the purchased period.
Mentor album / rental: digital access time and in-game mentor features enabled per product description.
Free gameplay features (Arena, Dojo, etc.) are available according to account status and do not require separate shipping.
4. Service availability
The game service requires internet access and a compatible web browser. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.
5. Failed delivery
If payment succeeded but digital goods were not credited, contact mail@evogo.ai with payment proof. We will investigate and manually credit or refund as appropriate.
